The head of Russia's state corporation for activities, Roskosmos, Yuri Borisov, said on Tuesday that Russian Federation, in cooperation with China, is " considering" building a nuclear power plant on the moon 2033 and 2035, which could allow both countries to build lunar settlements in the future.
