Below Naples, Italy, there is a large volcano covering 200 square kilometres. Volcanologist Giuseppe Mastrolorenzo says the volcano could erupt at any time. He says the volcano is rising 2.5 centimetres every month and recent earthquakes are a warning sign. The volcano has also been releasing large amounts of gas recently. The government has a plan to relocate 500,000 people within 72 hours. Giuseppe Mastrolorenzo thinks this plan is too optimistic. Some experts say there will be no eruption, but if the volcano does erupt, it will be ten times more powerful than the eruption of Pompeii.
